Top US Security Envoy Holds Talks in Beijing Jul 24th 2012, 11:57 The U.S. National Security Advisor is in Beijing to meet with China's top leaders and to discuss military and security issues as well as the China's position on the Syrian conflict and Iran. Thomas Donilon held talks on Tuesday with Chinese President Hu Jintao and State Councilor Dai Bingguo. Donilon told Hu that President Barack Obama is "fully committed to building a cooperative partnership with China" on issues in the region and the globe.
