At Least 20 Dead in Suicide Attack at Afghan Wedding Party Jul 14th 2012, 10:26 Afghan authorities say an explosion has killed at least 20 people and wounded more than 40 others at a wedding reception in northern Afghanistan. Police say Mohammad Khan Samangani, a powerful former Uzbek commander and a member of the lower house of parliament was killed in the suicide attack early Saturday in Samangan Province.   The wedding party was for Samangani's daughter.
