Nigerian HIV/AIDS Agency Seeks Anti-Discrimination Law Jul 10th 2012, 17:37 ABUJA, Nigeria — Nigeria's National Agency for the Control of AIDS has sponsored a bill that would make it a crime to discriminate against people living with HIV/AIDS.
