HRW: Mali Ex-junta Abducted, Tortured Dozens Jul 25th 2012, 17:22 DAKAR - Human Rights Watch (HRW) says soldiers loyal to the leader of a March 22 coup in Mali abducted and tortured dozens of security personnel thought to be linked to an April 30 counter-coup attempt.
