Tension Mounts Between Vietnam, China Jun 28th 2012, 14:17 HANOI - Vietnam's new Law on the Sea, passed last week, has sparked a fresh round of tensions with China about competing territory in the South China Sea. When Vietnam's National Assembly passed the law on June 21, the reaction from China was immediate and aggressive.
