Chavez Meets Belarus Leader Jun 3rd 2012, 12:17 Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who is undergoing radiation therapy for cancer, made his first public appearance since April on Saturday, hosting Belarus Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko.
