Conflict is keeping nearly 28 million children around the world out of school. It's also led to poor quality schooling in camps for refugees and the internally displaced. UNESCO says as a result, generations of young people don't have the skills to lift themselves, and their countries, out of poverty. In recent years, there have been signs of progress, but development experts say more needs to be done.
