City Not Yet Bursting with Excitement May 25th 2012, 10:53 LONDON - The Summer Olympics start in London in about two months, on July 27, and while interest has started to build a little, the city is not overflowing with excitement. At Trafalgar Square, in the heart of the city, the official Olympic countdown clock gets a steady stream of people posing for pictures.  But most of them are foreign tourists.
