NAIROBI, Kenya - The World Bank estimates that 2.6 billion people, or 40 percent of the world's population, have no access to proper toilet facilities. In 2005, Swedish architects Camilla Wirseen and Anders Wilhelmson created the Peepoo - a personal, fully biodegradable toilet bag that can be used by people living in slums to improve their health and safety.
